Went to brewhemia this morning for valentines. Have gone there many times and have got breakfast and coffee, I always support local. Got turned away because the only table available was for a 4 top and we only had two. Usually understand, but it’s literally a holiday for couples and instead of getting money for $40 meal we usually get they got $0. Just made me sad on a holiday to be basically told our money and support wasn’t good enough. Be kind to your locals.

If you are a vegetarian, DO NOT EAT HERE. I really liked the place, the people are nice, the atmosphere is good. But despite telling them I've been a vegetarian for over a decade and making it very clear I don't want meat in my food, they gave me quiche with meat in it. FOR THE SECOND TIME! After the first time it took me two years to feel comfortable going there again. It isn't that hard to label the quiche. I also run a business and know how important dietary restrictions are. I feel violated and will never go there again. I couldn't be more disappointed with them. The first time may have been a mistake, I feel like the second time was on purpose. If you don't eat meat, or have other dietary restrictions just don't go here. They don't respect the customers enough to keep the food separate.

Stopped at Brewhemia for the first time today and it was wonderful! Met one of my late father’s friends there who hasn’t seen me since I was a couple days old, so we were catching up talking about our memories of my dad. I was so engrossed in conversation that I hadn’t realized they had closed almost 40 minutes prior. No one came over to rush us out, but I apologized as they offered me a to-go cup for my drink and they graciously told us it wasn’t a problem. We then sat outside on the patio for another hour in the shade finishing up our coffee. Thank you so much for giving us space while we talked about some pretty heavy things along with our wonderful memories. It truly means a lot to me as I cherish every moment I get to talk about my father, especially with those who cared about and love him almost as much as I do. ♥️ I will certainly be suggesting this place to everyone, but I promise to remind them of the closing time so they don’t overstay their welcome like we did. 😅
