Slowest service ever. I went to this location because I thought it would be better than the one closer to my house. Unfortunately it was not and several people behind me received their orders before I received mine. Even after they implemented their new system of ordering, their service sucked.

Went to this location last week. Only coffee ready was Hazelnut which was difficult to know because the gal working the register spoke so softly I couldn’t understand her. Bagel sandwich was ready quick but waited 15 min for coffee and then was told it’d be another 15 min. Opted to just leave. Disappointing experience.

We had this catered at work. Single thin piece of meat on a cold hard bagel. 500 calorie cookie and chips. It was a box of carbs with no protein.

Food was decent & workers were staying busy, which is good! However you can tell the cleaning of the sit down area has been neglected for a long time. Old, crusty signs sitting on the tables look like from 2020 for social distancing, however it’s every single table. Definitely needs a good deep cleaning.

Before they even respond: I’ve already sent my comments to customer support and have no intention of updating this review until changes are actually made.I’m cool if this place closes. The other day the door was locked and it was propped open with a rock. Today the tattoo manager gripes about how they don’t have cinnamon sugar. No one thought to put up a sign or take down the baskets for items they won’t have for a few days. Cooler is broken (again). Everyone in the store seems to embody the ? emoji.
