While we waited to order the fry scoop fell on the floor. The counter help took it to the sink, briefly rinsed it off under the tap water and put it back into service. Needless to say, we left and sought food elsewhere.

Horrible Burger King. 15 to 25 min wait every time you try to do the drive through. 3 cars in the parking lot. 6 in the lanes still a 20 plus min wait. And on top of that the order comes out incorrect 2 out of 3 times.

Ordered original chicken sandwich got the royal chicken wrapped in original paper wrapper and tea for a drink but asked for Dr pepper couldn’t got back in because I had no receipt.. This store is famous for this and will never go back.
No one is ever answering when you go through drive thru. You can see workers in the building and when you try to call the line is busy and/ or no one answers. Poor service.

18 minutes at the speaker in the drive-thru! Probably saw 7-8 cars behind me or in front of leave the line. If you are short on time during your lunch break you best go somewhere else. 31 minutes for a burger, fast food? Not here.

Service was fast and friendly however hashbrowns were cold and tasted like old grease, sausage egg and cheese croissant tasted fine but was only luke warm, French toast sticks were great.
