Staff consistently nice at this location which is a plus. I would say there are inconsistencies in the food which is very disappointing. More often than not the fries are on the cold side as if they have been sitting too long. They just do not taste fresh and barely lukewarm. Tonight they were cold and I tried one when I got it, the bacon was not fully cooked, and the bun fell apart pretty badly when eating it. There was also not a flame broiled taste on the patty. What is happening to pride in what you put out these days.

I had doordash deliver my food and they placed it outside of the apartment building instead of indoors, they had my address and apartment number but they didn't even text message me to let me know if they couldn't find the place

Ordered doordash. The store sells the cold drinks with the hot food. Not smart at all. It is obvious that it's BK that did it. They startes doing it in 2020. Most stores stopped doing this again for obvious reasons. Needless to say, it was cold and the entire meals were ruined.

Came through the drive-thru about 40 minutes ago and they gave my kid two toys and no fries with the meal. Lame and kind of defeats the purpose of getting him a meal? He doesn’t care about the toy. 🙄

Poor management, my order was screwed up. I called in and the manager took my name and phone number and told me I'd be comped for the same order in the future. Couple weeks later I attempted to get my comped order and same manager told me there was no record. Bad attitude and dirty facility, I will not be returning.

I always have to wait 20 min even if I just get 2 rodeo burgers and they're always cold. No one that ever works at this location actually cares. Its not fast food its "at my pace food"
Our cashier was wonderful, and even helped us with some questions on the menu items, turn around was quick, food was delicious, and the dining area was nice and clean.

Racism will do it everytime for me that lady was assuming I’m stealing a customer order from the moment I walked in like she didn’t believe a word I said needed to verified everything I said then proceed to say we do it to everyone when in fact she only did it to me and no other personnel ever done me like this especially when I get at least 15 orders from here a week, as a store manager of a nearby restaurant I never allow my managers to treat customers or drivers like this and definitely wouldn’t let my customers see my kitchen worker’s checked underwear while she worried about me stealing worry about why us customers can see this man underwear nasty and unprofessional

The staff is always tons of fun. Everytime i arrive somethings always wrong. CO2 is out. Ice cream not being served.
It's never a huge elt down, but it is a little weird.
Vegetarian options: I honestly love the burgers veggies burgers, other people don't.
