I would give zero stars if I could can’t believe an assistant manager (Alex) believes his kitchen staff don’t have to wear hats visor or hairnets when working in kitchen with people food his exact words was hair restraints are needed if they in the kitchen for less then 25mins his service was completely trash from the moment we walked in the staff didn’t even greet us the moment they saw us walking in they instantly got on the headset and called Alex up to handle was wasn’t even fully in the building yet and they calling him without even speaking to us to see what we wanted felt racial profiled from the team and treated like shit by Alex our fries was great the chicken was so greasy and cold taste like they re dropped the chicken the buns was so soggy the sandwich wasn’t eatable and Alex proceeded to be disrespectful as I’m trying to talk to him if this is BK new way of doing things then keep it we didn’t even eat the food went straight to Wendy’s and my Co parent called corp they took her number down and said the District Manager was going to call back and never did been working in the food service since I was 14 years old was CR youngest GM at 24 years old and I Know ecosure or ecolab would never say it’s ok for the kitchen staff not to have hair restraints if they only going to be in the kitchen for less then 25mins handling food if my assistants ever treated a guess like we was treated they wouldn’t have they job an Assistant is the face of the store in the absence of the GM we gave them an opportunity to fix they wrong doing and we was completely ignored

I went to order food through the app. The app isn't very user friendly. I couldn't get it to redeem in store so I could pay cash. The lady that waited on me was very rude and disrespectful. I left without food, I was went to McDonald's instead.

Update: this location has really improved since my first review. The morning crew helped me transfer my order to a different location that was more convenient for me after I placed the order incorrectly. 10/10 give the morning crew a raise

Food is good for the price. Some of the employees are rude. If you have leftovers, I would recommend throwing them out. The food isn't really tasty after refrigeration. The crispy chicken is pretty good. The prices are cheap and the food tastes like it. I would really rather go to Hardee's, Chick-fil-A, or even Wendy's.

Food was edible: the onion rings were the hottest item as they were fresh, fries were luke warm but had good flavor and some decent crunch and the burgers were made the way I asked for them to be made with the exception of the burgers not being fresh
The burger meat was black and hard like a rock. It has been this way for a few months . I always ask for no pickles but 4 out of 5 time there is still pickles. When they even put a x on the pickle on the wrapper and recite. If I get a whopper around 10 am it is great but anytime after noon they are just hard and burnt….. but i think the fries are great. Still disappointed about the beef.

This is usually my favorite BK. The food is usually hot and fresh, but not this time. The whopper patty appeared to be old and overcooked. The patty wasn't even warm. This time was very disappointing.
Went to pick up our online order and had to wait for it. No cars in the parking lot or in front of us…we should have just ordered it when we got there…plus they messed up the order
