They were happy to substitute so I had the Sunrise Bowl and subbed soy chorizo. Black beans are vegan, refried are not. They were pretty knowledgeable about the ingredients. My daughter is gluten free and has no issues. Four of us really enjoyed our meals.

The food tastes good, both sweet and salty, the sauce just lacks a little bit of spice, thank you???? the champurrado is very delicious, as is the bread of the dead... The lady who offered us the very kind champurrado, thank you ?
