The cook did his thing in the kitchen. Large meat portions in carnitas tacos. Large shrimp count in the fajita. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Meat was juicy and not overcooked.

Has a hair tie in my burrito. Told staff and they said they would “let the kitchen know.” No offer of discount or apology.
We arrived 15 minutes before they opened and they would not let us in even though we were coming from out of town for a meeting.
Rude staff. Contaminated food. Beware.

My favorite spot in cedar rapids, always 10/10 and recommended to everybody I know. The staff here really strive to make it a welcoming place for all. The food is very delicious from the variety I've tried over my many visits. The service is top tier and inbeatable in personal experience. They are very fast, they try to accommodate your every need. In my personal opinion they also have the best margaritas in town.

Love this place. Waitresses are always on their game and very friendly. The food has been great every time and the prices are better than fast food. Why not come here?

Went there for lunch on a Friday.
The good…chips were great and salsa was pretty descent. Also had fairly good service.
The bad…my ground beef burrito had small pieces of what appeared to be uncooked/raw hamburger mixed in with done hamburger. It didn’t taste good and I didn’t eat it. There was also a large chunk of meat about the diameter of a dime which was very raw/red in color.
The rice seemed a little overdone…beans were fine but that part is not shocking.
The place overall could use some updating…I like the outside with the old truck and stuff but the inside and even their badly worn plates they serve the food on are nothing great.
Since I’m from out of town I can guarantee I won’t be stopping here.

This mexican restaurant used to be so AWESOME! WELL NOT NOW! I ATE SUPPER WITH MY FAMILY RECENTLY AND MY MEAL WAS COLD! I RETURNED PLATE TO THE KITCHEN AND ATE NOTHING! VERY DISPPOINTED!
