The workers are always so helpful and kind. They always do their best at customer service. People forget workers are people too. They make mistakes like everyone else but above all they take care of their customers. I wanted some chicken but there wasn’t any, so a worker noticed and came to ask what food I was looking for, and immediately went to make me some fresh food. I love this casey’s and their employees

For the last several days I have, reluctantly, stopped at several locations to air up my tire. At every location the machine did not take any of my cards. I stopped in and told one of the cashiers who said he knows nothing about it and that the network is probably down. It wouldn't be such an issue if I had other gas stations nearby. For example quick star or c** and go, who don't charge for air. I kind of wish you guys would just tear down and let a franchise with better customer service take over.

This is the third time at this location that it has taken longer than the time given when ordered. By 20 minutes! Also employees didn’t even acknowledge me for 7 minutes.

Pizza was ok, but they didn't send the rest of the order, just the pizzas. Doordash was no help, and I couldn't get a hold of the store to report the error. They sure charged me for it all though.

If I could rate this store a zero I would..they are the worst place to get pizza and I try calling today to talk to a manager and noone answer the phone..
