I just dropped in to Cedar Rapids Nutrition to ask for a piece of tape (different story 😊). The associate was so friendly and helpful that I turned around and went right back in. First of all, it smells wonderful in this little shop - It’s also warm, inviting, clean and comfortable! The menu boards are perfect - easy to read and understand all their choices for teas, coffees and shakes! The little seating area has a comfy couch for those that choose to dine in. I love the beautiful Christmas tree. I asked a few questions about the teas and for a recommendation and decided on a protein shake. I love chocolate and caramel and enjoyed every drop of my chocolate salted caramel shake! Thank you and I’ll be back!

Kid-friendliness: The associate was very helpful and answered all my questions about their options. They have options without the energy boost for kids!

I don’t drink tea but was encouraged to try the sweet tart tea…. And guess what? It actually tasted like sweetarts minus the sugar and nasty chemicals you get from sweetart candy. Now it’s all I get.

I visited for the first time on 3/14/23. I got the Lucky Charms shake and a chocolate PB banana one for my coworker. Both were really great. Shakes are meal replacement and did fill us up. The store was clean and has seating inside. Parking can be tricky since you have to park on the street and pay for parking if you don’t get a quick 15 minute spot. We will be back!
