I just dropped in to Cedar Rapids Nutrition to ask for a piece of tape (different story 😊). The associate was so friendly and helpful that I turned around and went right back in. First of all, it smells wonderful in this little shop - It’s also warm, inviting, clean and comfortable! I don’t drink tea but was encouraged to try the sweet tart tea…. And guess what? It actually tasted like sweetarts minus the sugar and nasty chemicals you get from sweetart candy. Now it’s all I get.
I visited for the first time on 3/14/23. I got the Lucky Charms shake and a chocolate PB banana one for my coworker. Both were really great. Shakes are meal replacement and did fill us up. The store was clean and has seating inside. Parking can be tricky since you have to park on the street and pay for parking if you don’t get a quick 15 minute spot. We will be back!
