Love their spicy chicken sandwich. I always get the bbq sauce to dip the waffle fries in.

This location changed hands a while ago and didn't have the great service, but now they seem to be back on track with great service.

Usually never have any problems with orders or service, but today the service was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order 20mins before breakfast ended, and when I got to the window to pick up the order I was told they would not be making the food that I already paid for. The employees proceeded to tell me how breakfast ended 15mins ago even though it was exactly 10mins past, and I already prepaid and ordered ahead of breakfast ending. Customers should not be able to place mobile orders if they are not going to be filled. Terrible customer service experience.

I've been in town 3 weeks and have been stopping here in the morning on the way to work. The service was slow at first, but tolerable. It has steadily worse. Today i waited, 7 minutes, at the windows, only to be told it would be another 2 minutes unless I wanted something else. After all that, the coffee the served was cold. Definitely not what I expect from The Chik.

Very disappointed. My digital order was missing an item and the solution was ridiculous. Their mistake costs me my time and money. Would not refund me. Have to come back if I want refunded. An absolute joke. Good to know now that even this business now has terrible customer service. Make sure you donate the money from my missing fries to the Mormon Church. Thieves.

The new owner made a public post with her family's photo on Facebook (which within itself is unprofessional in my opinion) introducing herself. In the end of the post she apologized and thanked people for having patience with her "brand new team" I commented, having it be a very public post. "The wording "brand new team" makes it seem like you canned everyone when you took it over and did a mass rehire" they replied but didn't leave it long enough, before deleting my comment. I commented again saying "I didn't get the opportunity to see your response before you deleted my comment, I'll support the other locations instead" she has since blocked me from the entire chick fil a page. Apon looking at the Facebook reviews prior to me being blocked someone else commented about how they fired their whole staff. What's wild to me is this isn't out of the normal for a new owner to do. But to go online and gloat about it, and ban people from your FB that eat at your establishment more often than not, is not a good impression. I have worked on the food industry for my whole life and I will be passing this information on to the support local group.
This also explains why the last time, I was in the take out line for over 20 mins

I usually have an okay to good experience here. I dont mind if i need to wait for fresh food. I showed up right at 10:30 so i was expecting a wait for fresh food. But i got a long wait for cold fries, no sauce which i made sure to ask for. Just a very dissatisfing start to my day. I hope this was a one of because i eat here weekly working nearly. I guess next time il check my bag before pulling off.

Been a regular, usually always satisfied or they make it up to me if I am not. Recently however, the new management and team there have been completely incompetent. Never as friendly as before, they take way longer and I wait 15-25 minutes where it used to be 5-10. The food quality has gone way downhill and they are constantly forgetting things and overcharging me to give the wrong food. This is a constant issue and happens 90% of the time I am there in the past few months. Becoming the new McDonald’s where we have to check our bag every time we show up.
