Very slow at the counter and staff brought me someone else's food with the name of Jenny on the receipt. I took that food to the correct person in the restaurant who was not happy. Then they brought our food eventually but gave my son a 5 nugget meal and not the 8 he had ordered. I've noticed the service at most of the locations in Cedar Rapids declining in the last few months with less staff.
New owner/operator at this location. They have a long ways to go to get up to par that the previous owner had things at. Still faster than most other fast food restaurants. A recent visit to the drive through, they had us pull around front to wait for our food. After a considerable wait we went walked in to find out that someone had cleared our order. They then wanted to see our receipt that they didn't give us.
