Food was good as always. Service is usually good, but today Kamryn took my order and she interrupted me multiple times asking if that was all when I was in the middle of ordering. She missed my sauces because she kept interrupting. L Kamryn.

Love their spicy chicken sandwich. I always get the bbq sauce to dip the waffle fries in.

This location changed hands a while ago and didn't have the great service, but now they seem to be back on track with great service.

Very slow at the counter and staff brought me someone else's food with the name of Jenny on the receipt. I took that food to the correct person in the restaurant who was not happy. Then they brought our food eventually but gave my son a 5 nugget meal and not the 8 he had ordered. I've noticed the service at most of the locations in Cedar Rapids declining in the last few months with less staff.
