Quality on the food really slipped the cracks on my order. The bun was burnt completely on the bottom so all I could taste was burned bread. On top of that, the sandwich I ordered was grilled spicy deluxe and got crispy spicy. My wife’s sandwich was correct but looked more like a McDonalds burger than anything (cheese more than half off the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato tasted old and were very withered.
Fries, sauce, and mac were all great hence the higher than 1 star review. Being that the main part of the order is the sandwich, those should be given more care.

The way they run the drive-thru, with people taking your order and paying on the spot, makes for a super efficient and smooth experience. The chicken nuggets are real chunks of chicken and not processed, ground up, pressed chicken parts. My days of McD's mystery meat nuggets are over!

Don't agree with the small order fee's Chick fil a implements. Depending on the day, the food isn't as good. For example, the chicken nuggets are smaller and not cooked as well.

I didn't eat inside...I don't think I honestly ever have. I tried chick-fil-a a couple years back for the first time and I love it!
Did drive thru the service is unbelievable. No other quick food service compares to the quick response, food always hot and staff is always friendly and courteous.
