Stopped here Friday night on the way to family's house for the holidays and got a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the chicken was not cooked all the way (which I did not notice soon enough assuming a chicken place knows how to cook chicken) and got food poisoning. Nothing like spending the first night at your family's house with food poisoning. Will definitely never eat there again and would encourage others to check their food before eating.

Always a great meal. However this time one of the employees kept coming over and asking to help. Getting us sauces and refills of diet coke. They are truly the Cadillac of fast food restaurants. Their employees are nothing but the best

This location has good food where you get it but they tend to forget something regularly. Every time they say sorry and you can go back. How come they don’t check anything?
Sandwich was missing from my online order (first time online order). I know, I should have checked. Not the end of the world. Problem is, in order to get a refund you have to call the store. Online or app will only give you another sandwich. Ofcourse, you will have to drive back to pick up the sandwich which they graciously offer with a redemption code. Lots of hoops to get a refund for a missing sandwich. I guess that will be my last order from them. They are other restaurants who have a better and more professional online presence.
