The food lacks flavor. The hygiene of the cooks and servers is declining lately. My family and I used to eat here regularly, not anymore.

Haven't been to Chili's for a long time. However, after tonight's visit, we will be back. The food was hot and very, very good!
Chips,salsa, burgers, and fries were excellent. Our waitress was very friendly, helping us order. Can't wait to go back.

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s!! Despite them being busy the servers and managers were very attentive and kind. Our appetizer didn’t come out before our entree (not a big deal at all) but they were so apologetic and took the cost of the appetizer off of our bill. They also brought extra mango flavoring for my iced tea! You can tell they’re trying hard to give great service and dining experience. Definitely going back when we’re in town in the future!

Need better servers was constantly ignored by waiter while she checked on everyone around us.

The visit was great. The restaurant was very busy so we sat at the bar. Shawn the bartender was very attentive. The food was on point. Triple dipper with sliders, sw eggrolls, mozzarella sticks were delicious. I had the big smasher and eggrolls. We also had the chips and queso. Very good 👍, this location has turned around.

Got a gift card for Christmas and decided to order carry out. My husband got the ribs and I ordered a quesadilla. Although the food was good, I paid almost $20 for a quesadilla! No sides! Also thought we would get chips and salsa complimentary. Nope! You now have to pay for that too!
Very disappointing and still can’t believe that I paid $20 for a quesadilla. Definitely my bad!

The waitress was attentive, the food was good, and the place looked clean. It's been a long time since I was in a Chili's since I don't really have one close to home, but it was good comfort food. Prices were what I expect from sit down chains.
