Food was horrible. Steak was cooked right, my mixed veggies was cold out of fridge they forgot to microwave. Wife ordered chicken salad it had no chicken on it. One of the others in our group had a sandwich that was under cooked it go taken off their bill but then it was added to our bill. Overall horrible experience will never come back

Food - I had heard good things about this buffet. Not sure why - it is standard at best - the only non- breakfast-y item was the "Broasted" chicken which had really good flavor but had been sitting/stewing on its juices do much it was texturally unpleasant. Biscuits and Gravy the gravy had link sausage in the gravy and the centers were cold of the cut links. The biscuits made me think of the frozen biscuits I get from Aldi and warm in my toaster oven or microwave- not even as flaky or even buttery as Hardee's. The hash browns were actually some sort of corned beef hash that had a strange flavor and after taste. Best part of the meal/food wise was the French Toast and pancakes table. Which would have been even better had the fruit bowl been more than just juice. Best part of the meal was the Big grove double Berry sour. AND the kind bartender and manager who checked on us since it seemed like the different waitresses were in a bit of tiff about whose turn it was or something- I don't really know what the issue was. Ambiance is what you see is what you get. It's the chrome horse that it has always been. I'll be back but since my son LOVED his fries so much I'll order off menu next time and skip the brunch buffet for 14.95 (no drink included) + 3.0 added if you don't bring cash. I will add I added an extra star at the end for service when the bartender- without me asking or making a stink - gave me a coupon for "next time" for the sausage being cold and very kindly invited me back to see them next time. Great point of service at the end from - I think her name was SARA.

So very unhappy with the service. We must have sat there for 45 minutes after our order had been taken. I see someone coming from the kitchen with what looked like our lunch. But they walked right past us and served a table that had came in after us.It's going to be a long time before I'll ever go back!!

Called a couple times after tripping on cement parking blocks by outside patio last fall. I had 2 drinks. It was reported to the manager who asked for our information and said don’t worry, we will be in touch. I was in a lot of pain!! After that my husband drove me to ER. No one from the bar helped, it was my husband and strangers who came to my rescue and made sure Chrome Horse knew about the incident. Used to hang here a lot but no more!! Called Derrick and he never called back. Broke arm, had surgery and off work for 2 months. Radial head replacement and plate in my forearm and 3 months of PT. The parking blocks swivel and should not spin in the walking path and the lighting out there is terrible! Spent a lot of money there seeing bands during the summer. My husband, family, friends, and I are really disappointed in their character. I post this in hopes it doesn’t happen to someone else!

After that my husband drove me to ER. No one from the bar helped, it was my husband and strangers who came to my rescue and made sure Chrome knew about the incident.
