Went with the wife and had the most amazing time. From the hostess to the bartender (Dion) to our server (Tiasun) . A+ Michelin Grade.

Absolutely the best fine dining experiences I have ever had anywhere in the world. Cost with starters, entree and and individual desert was about $75 a head. This may sound high till you take into account everything you are getting is absolutely impressive. Way to go Cedar Rapids Iowa.
The food, is plated well and really does give you the fancy fine dining look and feel. I thought it was snobbish and over the top till the first bite and was hooked. Every bite and flavor combination is what turned this from a good meal into what a fine dining experience should be.
Service was what made this really set a new standard. The staff are experts in this industry. Not once did anyone of them not know the menu or the ingredients in the dish. It reminded me of what being the best looks like. They are giving it everything they have from attention, grace, and knowledge.
It is reassuring to know that regardless of what you order from the Chief to the bus boy everyone's job wasn't to say look at what I made or have to do. No everyone that works in this restaurant from Walk in to the final bill and exit has one thing goal. Are you having a good time? Is the food to your liking? How can I make it better?
It's this that sets the Cobble Hill apart from any other fine dining restaurant because they genuinely want to make you happy and enjoy your time as a quest and customer.
So far I've eatin all over the world and at some of the best restaurants critics claim, but I say no to that. Because I managed to get Google reservation and stumble into the best restaurant I've ever been to in my life and it's in the middle of Iowa. Good job and well done.

Didn't expect one of my favorite restaurants ever to be located in Cedar Rapids, IA. Delicious farm to table fare. Uses high quality local ingredients. Wonderful ambiance and a great crew all around. Sitting at the kitchen table is a special experience; the chefs take great pride in the food they craft, and in the craft of preparing great food.

Every aspect of this restaurant exceeds my husband and I's expectations. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing. With most items being locally sourced their menu changes offering new experiences. Every server is well trained on their menu as well as etiquette and does not go unnoticed. The atmosphere offers intimacy and is stylish with low lighting. It is a relaxed and calm environment. Anytime we get a night out, this is our first selection.

One of the best ‘New American’ restaurants in Corridor area for a lot of reasons and recommend coming here if you can afford it occasionally. However, I was surprised on one dish for missing the mark this round unfortunately. For only being here once though and they change up their menu seasonal, I’m hopeful their ‘too salty’ dishes are few and far between. The service was good as they were knowledgeable on menu items. The ambiance was moody. They also have a wonderful bar area with a large upscale selection of drinks. Bathrooms were nice and it’s great to view the kitchen working away in the back area.
Now for more food details. The group had the 5 course offering. Highly recommend the steak tartar as it was the groups favorite - “the Midwest’s poke bowl” . The least favorite was the scallop dish as it was way too salty it overpowered the flavor profile and was bitter. The agnolotti pasta, pork belly, and banana assortment dessert were delectable.

Went here for my wife’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect. Every single thing was amazing.
We went here for the first time for a date night. I recommend getting a reservation, it was very easy in their website. Restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere. Food menu is limited I think they change it routinely but had several options. Food was great and presented nicely. Only issue was I wish they gave you alittle more.. nice drink menu and they definitely don’t slight you on the alcohol. Staff was very friendly, helpful and actually seemed like they enjoyed being there! Would recommend to everyone.
Excellent everything. The tasting menu was great, service was great.
