The service is outstanding, and is only superseded by their beautiful offerings-the meals can be similar to a therapeutic journey of the senses!
Delicious, will definitely return!
Took my wife here for her birthday. Best restaurant food wise I have been to and the service was top notch. Taisun I believe her name was a great waitress, very attentive. The drinks were next level. Trust the bartender on the bartender suprise drinks.

As always, their regular food was exceptional. However, we were displeased with the West Coast oysters. There must have been a bad batch because they upset both my wife and me, and we couldn't enjoy the rest of our night out on the town but this is not typical of this place. The staff was apologetic and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I can't believe I'm even leaving this review because this place is typically amazing. The chef and his crew are extremely meticulous and care a lot about their customers. I don't want to scare anyone away, as this is the only time we've ever had any issues in the many times we've been there (this is our go-to date spot) The duck is impeccable and the gnocchi is scrumptious. Price isn’t terrible for what you get, especially because it’s meticulously hand picked food crafted for a king and queen. The flavor profiles are enlightening and leave you feeling intensely satisfied.
Dietary restrictions: Obviously chef cooked food with the proper ingredients, they go the extra mile to ensure there are no dietary restrictions prior to even ordering drinks.

This place is in my opinion, the best restaurant in Cedar Rapids and possibly the corridor.
Food is consistently top notch, with serious attention to detail, flavor, presentation and quality ingredients.
Service is best in the area.
Atmosphere is social, intimate and sophisticated all at once.
Drinks are painstakingly crafted, balanced and consistently made with care.
Staff is welcoming and distinguishes itself from the standard restaurant.
Menu changes with season and ingredient availability.
Great place to go!!
EXPENSIVE!! But they earn it and unlike many of the other local overpriced restaurants selling a supposed premium experience and food, you feel like it was worth it at Cobble.
Parking: Downtown CR parking. You know the drill, get lucky or hit the garage and walk a few blocks.
Kid-friendliness: You can bring a kid(s). But not sure worth it as many of the elevated tastes will be lost on their less refined palates. But the price will still be the same!

I prefer the Webster in terms of service, menu and portion size. The place was packed and they have a long history. The wine list has some odd selections and only one Napa Valley wine. They are obviously doing something right to be around that long but definitely not worth the drive to CR imo. Multiple choices in IC that I would prefer.

Dietary restrictions: The best part of the experience here is the freedom and confidence to share dietary restrictions with the chef and say "surprise me" and then sit and enjoy your meal!

This restaurant is arguably the best in the corridor. Other great restaurants in the area present great food that I could probably make at home. Cobble Hill presents fresh ideas using locally sourced, in-season ingredients where possible in ways I couldn't have come up with myself. It's also one of the few restaurants we consistently commit to ordering dessert. Their staff are knowledgeable, their cocktails are magnificent, and the wine list is unique. Their seafood is fresh and this is about the only place in Iowa I trust for raw oysters. If you were ever tempted to visit and haven't, move this restaurant to the top of your list.
Vegetarian options: Some of the menu items can be made vegetarian or vegan. There is almost always a vegetarian-specific dish on the menu.
Dietary restrictions: They can and do handle dietary restrictions well and take them seriously.
Kid-friendliness: There is a changing station in one of the single user bathrooms. They can accomodate a child in a stroller or carseat if you ask, but we don't believe they have a kids menu.

Very busy and loud full of energy on a Thursday night
Upscale good food
Blackberry smash cocktail was strong with good berry taste and a mint leaf
Started with peach sorbet which came on a bed of buttered graham (an issue with the GF person). More of a limoncello flavor than peach but once i got past no peach flavor it was light and followed the perfect definition of a sorbet
App; One east and one west coast fresh shucked raw oysters. Perfect
App; parisian gnocchi with a great crispy mushroom
Green beans; yum to the max
Mussels (out)
Aged duck main; plenty of duck on a bed of farro that was so nutty and flavorful that i wish i had huge bowl of it. With too few grilled just right patty pan squash. I liked the duck with the paneer sauce that came with the green beans.
The Chef was very able to accommodate the vegan and gluten free requirements in our group of 16

Just amazing. Everything we ordered was way beyond our expectations. This is better than Michelin star restaurants I’ve eaten at. I got the pork and every bite was fresh and flavorful. Portion was perfect. We got the zucchini appetizer which was delicious. The chocolate soufflé was so creamy and sweet.
The servers are all so friendly and knowledgeable about the details of the food and made us feel at home.
It’s hard to say enough about how wonderful our experience was here.
Vegetarian options: Several vegetation starters and mains.
