They use Torani syrups which can be found at Walmart/target/etc. the food/drink items did not appear to have any qualities of being house made. Decor is very patriotic and religious, not a very welcoming space. Coffee shops are normally a safe space, quiet, clean, somewhere to relax. I did not feel this way at all. Barista didn’t seem to be following a recipe for my drinks, one had an inch of syrup and the other had half an inch (same drink). Was not worth my money or time.

If you have a coffee order more than three, go somewhere else I just ordered 8 coffees, all iced and one 1 had ice on top of that all the drinks were warm and the door dasher said the employee was just chillin on his phone and when the door dasher got there then he started to work on the order. sometimes I wish people were more important then these dang cell phones!

just very unhappy with my iced coffee, with no ice and warm af. I hope this place can get some great service improvements. who knows maybe they were under staffed but majorly dropped the ball.

Coffee is amazing. The staff offer so many different specials and unique drinks that aren’t found anywhere else and they also have the ingredients to make drinks from popular chains. This is my favorite go-to coffee stop

I was having a bit of a rough morning and wandered into Coffee Republic. I asked for a chai recommendation and the service was fantastic (as was the chai). They have little chairs with umbrellas outside, so I sat outside with my delicious beverage and just enjoyed the sunshine for a bit. They even checked on me to make sure I liked the recommendation. I'm not downtown often, but this would be worth making the trip.

I have tried numerous coffee all over Cedar Rapids and Marion and all of them pale in comparison to Coffee Republic! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and most important … great coffee!

What a great treat after church....a blackberry/coconut latte served by a friendly staff member who didn't mind how long it took me to decide what I wanted. He even brought it personally to me while I was relaxing in the warm, peaceful atmosphere and even asked me how it was. A great place to put on your bucket list for a visit and enjoy!

Meh all around. The breakfast club bagel was good pretty good, the coffees were bitter, the atmosphere is weird, and the associate was distant. Probably wont go back.

Had a regular plain coffee, was delicious, no heart burn, no stomach issues from it so that tells me that an upper scale choice of beans has been chosen. Priced right as well! Muffin was moist and fresh and was labeled clearly what ingredients it contained. Staff were kind and attentive.

Parking: The usual downtown parking available, but free on the week ends!
