Rough experience. Cleanliness is an overall issue. Service left a lot to be desired. The entrance door quite literally completely broke as we opened it to come in. This caused quite the flurry of activity and a general inability of the employees to handle the situation besides them proclaiming they told their boss about it. I was able to get the door closed, but they jacked with it until it wouldn’t close anymore so they could send pictures. I share this story which is too much info, but there were layers to this poor experience. Do better Cold Stone and franchise owners. First time back in years, won’t be back.

We went on a Friday night. Place was busy but their ice cream combinations are amazing. Very affordable. Very good food. Buy when the girl threw my bowl on the counter she actually threw it which I frowned upon.

The speed at which they serve ice cream here is amazing! It's not your typical ice cream shop where they just hand you a scoop. They actually take their time to mix in the ingredients and toppings, but they do it incredibly quickly!

Well I went there after a long time, as I try to stay away from sugar now, but just thought of satisfying my sweet tooth after almost 4 months. I was kind of sad with the experience, the ice cream they severed me was very soft like kind of melted and when I asked them is it supposed to be this soft, they flatly said yes. Well in my opinion Ice cream is not semi melted, and that to when you pay $5 for a kiddies cup.
Orders for special creation Berry Berry Berry Good. Was expecting that the berries would be crushed and mixed with the ice cream. Instead got all the berries frozen and I crushed and ice cream added onto it. The person who prepared did not seem to be in a mood to prepare it properly. Will not visit this place again.

The staff was super friendly and very patient with my family. The ice cream was fantastic, and the service was quick. The building was clean, including the restrooms and parking lot! GREAT PLACE!!

Very bad experience every time a delivery is made. Usually the forget toppings, they slack and don't have great sanitation when I am there. Now this time they gave a small cup, threw the small cup in a medium and called it a medium. Also forgot all the toppings. Then refused to answer or give solutions to the problem 1/25/23. Great job guys! I'm not a sweets guy but s*** your good at messing the simplest things up so bad! RATING -5 stars. This individual place due to lack of Courtesy, health conditions/sanitation, the problem of not being able to help a customer that they completely messed up their order, and general young not giving a crap attitude should be shut down permanently unless the owners and go decide to be smart, train their staff right, and run this business in a realistic manor.
