I placed my first order through the crumbl app today. The process was easy and my cookies were ready as soon as I walked in the door. Great selection of flavors and my cookies were fresh and delicious!

What a disappointment that you run out of most cookie flavors before 9pm on a Friday or Saturday night. This is NOT the first time it has happened. Maybe you should project better so that you don’t run out.

Ordered cookies for delivery. One came without the frosting and was supposed to be warm but was rock hard. I’d be more understanding if I could reorder again or come back in at a later time but it was a Saturday evening. Giving three stars vs 1 because door dash refunded me. The crumbl employee I spoke with on the phone was rude as well
I ordered Crumbl for my coworkers and was very happy with the delivery person and the timely delivery itself. Love this place and the cookies seem to only get better!
