Me and my family on Saturday evening 11/9/24 at 9:30 pm .when it's spose to close at 10 pm. We got there to see employees getting into a vehicle to leave also 3-4 other cars was bummed out about it being closed early. DQ should not be closing 30 minutes before closing time. We went and gave our business to Culver's.

Small small place. Walked in the door and I heard him say kittens clothes so I asked for a fluff motor we don't have the ingredients for that so I asked for the Royal New York got out the door and realized they didn't give me the right order

This location IS A JIP. This location has decided to be cheap and skimp on their Blizzard ingredients. Example: Medium size Blizzard - ask for Heath candy bar? they add two pieces of candy bar. Ask for pecans? It's less than a tablespoon. THIS DQ LOCATION IS CHEATING US! Over charging, then flat out skimping on ingredients!!! Pathetic! Just PATHETIC!

S.L.O.W. waited a 1/2 hour in drive-thru. 3rd car in-line. Sign lights not on but open. Run down. Lights not on, on menu. Unbelievable. They did get the 2 items ordered correct.

The gift card machine didn't work And we didn't know this till after we placed the order and got to the window. This day doesn't look to clean
First problem was with my app and not being able to use the coupon. I drove here from the SE side of town on my lunch break and they gave me the wrong burger. I called and the lady asked me to bring it back. I explained I was far away from them and was unable to come back as I had already sat in the line waiting for my food for almost 15 minutes. She said cutly that we would need the burger back to remake the order. Lol all I could do was laugh and hang up. Make sure your order is correct before you leave. Or you will be sorry and don't go on a lunch break. Be sure to have plenty of time.

Awful service and dessert! Waited 25 mins in line only to get soupy chocolate malts, parfaits soupy and gushy all over the place! The kicker is we received a blizzard that if the employee would have presented it upside down she would have had sticky soupy mess to clean up!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Paying $30.63 for this mess is outrageous! I can even get a reply back from management!
Kid-friendliness: Employees seemed frazzled and didn’t know what to say, just pushed the product out the window and shut it! They could have simply said our ice cream isn’t ready, would you like one of our frozen desserts!!!
