Placed order which we had to waite quite a while for the order. While waiting we observed one of the workers picking his nose in the back. The worker had no gloves, didn't go wash his hands, kept right in working. Won't ever go back there.

Last three times I’ve went there they’ve messed my order up and even when I told them that is wrong they still just smiles have a great day. I need to take some listening classes or something I don’t know I don’t have a speech impediment so I don’t think it’s me

avoid ordering the royal cheese cake blizzard with strawberry...all you get is a glass of vanilla ice cream. you call to say something and get someone rude.

Nothing like paying for two blizzards and have barely any toppings in them. Hardly any snickers and a real bad cookie dough Just straight up vanilla ice cream. What a joke. Don’t ask us to come back for another try. We will just save our money and go across town to parlor city.

Was denied free cones on free cone day even though we came in ten minutes before the special ended. Was then told that they “couldn’t” put sprinkles on an ice cream cone. Very poor experience.

Simply preposterous…I can not believe the lack of service that was shown to me and my little sister this very night. Dairy Queen is said to close at 8:30 pm and my sister and I arrived to get some ice cream at 8:10, yet they denied us of service! I am utterly perplexed and simply disappointed…

In this Photo it says that the Dairy Queen drive thru closes at 8:30. We showed up 8:13 and the lady didn’t allow us to get a blizzard even though it wasn’t closing time. Overall not my best experience and they could’ve been honest about their hours. 1/5
