Got Pretzels and a Cheeseburger, pretzel were ok, but burger was terrible and I always use to like their burgers. Bun was like chewing leather and very small, terrible! Won’t be competing with other chains if that keeps up! I should have complained at that moment, but the more I thought about it, the more I got disgusted! So I’m saying something now!
Also, the $5 Mystery bags use to have 3 items, enjoyed trying them, but now only 2 items and one was ice cream with real peanut butter on it! Must have been an employee special!
Wish Jerry was back running the place! Going downhill, and he wouldn’t be happy hearing it from me! He always asked me how was my experience!
First time I’ve ever complained! Do better!!!

Came on a busy summer night, went through drive through, received the ice cream I ordered. Ice cream was good, however I made the mistake of ordering food from the grill. I was told to pull around and they would bring it out to me. I did so and waited a half hour. I then called to get an update and was informed they had not started my food.

I received it after waiting 45+min.
Moral of the story: DO NOT ORDER FROM THE GRILL ON A BUSY NIGHT.

Drive thru took forever. Can't escape from it. Wanted 2 ice cream items and a fry. 20 mins later I was going to have to wait 6 more mins for fries. Canceled them and got ice cream. I'm guessing a younger girl is a manager. She me a dirty look thru the window for no reason. Place has gone down hill. I went when I was a kid and grew up 5 miles from this location. Won't go anymore.

I have tried for so long to actually like this location. The food is fine but the employees and the fact that the dining area is always closed and you can never go inside is insane to me. The drive thru line even if there is nobody in it takes forever to get your food. Half the time the employee can’t hear you in the speaker or you can’t hear them. Take the drive to a different location because this one honestly is the worst.
