Drive thru took forever. Can't escape from it. Wanted 2 ice cream items and a fry. 20 mins later I was going to have to wait 6 more mins for fries. Canceled them and got ice cream. I'm guessing a younger girl is a manager. She me a dirty look thru the window for no reason. Place has gone down hill. I went when I was a kid and grew up 5 miles from this location. Won't go anymore.
I have tried for so long to actually like this location. The food is fine but the employees and the fact that the dining area is always closed and you can never go inside is insane to me. The drive thru line even if there is nobody in it takes forever to get your food. Half the time the employee can’t hear you in the speaker or you can’t hear them. Take the drive to a different location because this one honestly is the worst.

After giving this location several chances, we decided tonight we won’t be back. Freddy’s and Culver’s are just as close to our house and provide a more consistently good experience. The last several times we’ve gone to this location our icecream/blizzards have been melted as they’re being handed to us. It’s like they either sat too long on the counter while we were still waiting in line or their machines aren’t fully freezing the ice cream. Either way, I can’t justify paying for half melted icecream especially when the employees have no interest in making things right.

Spending $40 between 2 people to be told I can't add cheesecake to the blizzards. Can't get the sauced and tossed meal done with 3 BBQ and 3 parmesan because I forgot which my boyfriend wanted. What else can't I do? But I can sure wait in line for 25 min for cold food. Awesome ?? I should have went to Freddy's or Culver's instead. This neighbor spot is a bust now

Our order was totally messed up, and they demanded that we bring it back to their location, I guess to prove it to them, despite having taken pictures of the incorrect order.
They only replaced one of the incorrect orders and the server was extremely rude.
Definitely worth bypassing the Johnson Ave. location for one of the others nearby.

Worst DQ experience ever, couldn't seem to get our order right after 3 attempts to order 2 blizzards, longest wait at that particular store and then we got 2 blizzards the consistency of melted shakes and they were not what we asked for. It's almost always a pretty good wait there and it's worth it when you don't have to throw away what you waited for because it didn't resemble what you ordered.
