This location has become a running joke in our family because they always pretend they are closed well before they are actually closed every night. They turn all the lights off and pretend they aren’t open about an hour before they actually close. It’s the middle of summer and tonight we arrived 20 minutes before close. They were actively making ice cream for a few people who had already paid and were waiting. All the lights off, even the interior and they told the family in front of us as we arrived they had to close early because they were “short staffed,” even though there were multiple people inside actively making ice cream and cleaning. It’s beyond hilarious how the owners and staff clearly do not care about running a business. Pick another location if you actually want ice cream.

Refused to take my DQ gift card because they weren’t set up for it, my blizzard was soupy and I was told it was typical with the banana split blizzards(and you’re definitely suppose to be able to dump it upside down), and after the group behind us received their full order they shut the window on my mom instead of communicating that their machine was broken, so I had to approach the window to get answers and for them to fix it. I honestly thought this location might have been out of business because it’s randomly closed on days it should be open.

Me and my grandma were going to get a sweet treat after a hard day working and I called and asked to see when they closed and they said they closed at 10:00 PM and when we got there at 9:15 they were closed and now we have to drive half way across town just to get to another DQ

This is the second visit in 3 weeks and both were horrible. In both visits, the employees took forever making our 2-3 items, causing 1-2 of them to be totally melted. Tonight I ordered a small turtle blizzard, and by the time both items were made and I got back into my car, I noticed that it was totally melted, totally liquid. Why don’t they put the items in the freezer if it will be a while?? They just leave desserts on the counter…melting. I would not have a problem with it on the counter …if other things were made in a timely manner..

I’ve had some good experiences here in the past. Went to get some ice cream and online it said open until 10. When I went to order the worker said we closed at 8:30 (the time was 8:50) and was very annoyed I even asked. Not great service. Seemed annoyed I came by. Will try another place.

This Dairy Queen is awesome! There's only one person working, but she is so sweet and polite and friendly and respectful. No matter how long the line is of people waiting, she remains calm. The people usually talk with each other about their DQ experiences and it goes fast.
I found a blonde hair in my Oreo blizzard on Monday 5-27, and they refused to give a refund when I went up to the counter and showed them the hair in my blizzard, the blonde girl told me there was no blonde girl that worked there but I could see her through the window. I am disgusted and disappointed establishment
