I tried two of their coffees, not my favorite. I want to say it felt like a dark roast that was slightly burnt. I did not finish my coffee, my husband did and we went someplace else for other coffee. His soup was delicious.
Placed an online order for a breakfast sandwich and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there and someone in front of me had placed a very large order. Ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my sandwich. Instead of just saying sorry or nothing at all the staff took the initiative to refund my meal and offered an apology. This is the customer service that I appreciate and will return to as most places these days do not even notice when they are lacking in service. Also,...
I met up with someone for coffee, she had a latte and I had Chai. Both were delicious! The atmosphere is very cozy and staff was friendly. The only negative is that there is only street parking and I am horrible at getting my truck between two cars. :-)
