Domino's Pizza

So I am not inclined to leave negative reviews but this is the second time this location has really messed up my order and kept me waiting for a ridiculous length of time. The first time they couldn’t even find my order. Tonight I ordered on the app, waited until the tracker told me it was ready and came into the store. I have been waiting 30 minutes now in the store for my pizzas.

Ordered through app. Received delivered notice, but never delivered. Call the location and service was rude. Had to convince we never received pizza order. Stated they would remake and deliver. Called after 40 mins to make sure delivery in progress and store stated they tried to call. Confirmed number on file, never received a call. An hour later, still no pizza. 2 hours since ordered on app, no pizza and can't get a refund.

They give us a pizza that already has a bite to it and the person over the phone didn’t care at all. Disgusting.

I have had Dominos from the store on Blairsferry Road N.E. and the store on Edwood Rd S.W. Night and Day, quality, taste and service. Dominos S.W. need to go to the N.E. location and take lessons.

I ordered on line for the first time. I chose no-contact since I was sick. The cheese thin crust is really good and the cheesy tater tots was just what I wanted. Ordering is easy, the driver followed my instructions and I’ll order again.

Ordered a pizza last night at midnight (they close at 1) so it wasn’t crazy late. Said it would be ready by 12:55-1:10am. The tracker was stuck on “quality check” at 1245 until 145am. Never got my pizza. Couldn’t call bc the store was then closed. How do you take someone’s money, “make a pizza” then just not deliver it? This location is awful and that was the nail in the coffin for me.

Seriously?! Never ordering chicken from here again! Even if I add the small pieces together it doesn't ile en make 8 pieces... I bet if this food was made for a relative or friend from people that work here, the pieces would be like they should.

Staff is always friendly and they get my order right and have it ready for me FAST! They added a couple tables for dine in now. BE SURE TO TIP YOUR PIZZZA MAKERS!

Made a carry out order and didn't seem like they even had my order started when I showed up at the estimated time. They played the just a few minutes card so I waited 10 minutes then just left..
