I ordered a pizza online early today around 4:14 am for pick up at a later time so I can pick up after work. I made the order for paying cash at pick up and got my order at 4:16 pm. Then I get a notification on my email at 4:17 pm on way home that my order was cancelled. look at my receipt and it says not paid. The order was for $29 and I paid with 2 20’s and got my change back.

Wondering if this was a mistake or there is employee theft going on. I paid cash so there is no trail or refund to be issued since I did not pay with a card. The employee keeps the cash.

I called to speak to the manager to explain the situation and possible concern. He seemed annoyed. Wonder is he is in on it. He did not sound concerned at all. I told him I just wanted to make sure so employee is not taking the cash.

I don’t lose anything cause I got what I paid for but this franchise may be losing money to shady employees.

Will I've been here the second time I've got to say thay got good pizza But short on help only three people in there ruining the show One on the phone one making the pizza and one cooking it's kind hard one everyone got to wait and know one paying attention until one stop what his doing and gives me and my family are food why the other one is still on the phone and doesn't say any thing Will while the new one is still trying to learn the ropes Thank u to the new pearson thank u for help me get our food thank u again you deserved a star in my book

My Daughter has Celiacs disease & Kim was amazing tonight! She made my girls pizza exactly how I asked & took every precaution to make sure there was no cross contamination. She has no idea how much this means to a mom of a girl who just wants to enjoy pizza again. Thank you Kim! You are the best!

Worst dominos pizza I’ve ever had. Workers weren’t helpful and didn’t wear gloves when applying toppings. Tried giving my boyfriend two wrong pizzas. Pizzas cold and not cut all the way. Pizza crust smells different and doesn’t taste the same. Extremely disappointing, won’t be ordering again.

Staff clearly doesn't know what they are doing. No labels on any orders. No clear communication amongst staff, orders where not ready upon arrival, and staff was clocking in and out causing more confusion amongst staff.

Overheard the GM screaming at a person, cursing and screaming at someone as the other person was calm. The GM called his name a few times, the person turned, they talked then the GM started yelling and saying a bunch of things. Will be calling cooperate about this, this place does not feel like a good place.

I built an order online, the system would not accept payment. This is a business card and should have gone through. I tried it a couple of times and was rejected. I called the store to place an order and the man on the phone said that I would not recieve the discount if he took my order. I explained that the issue is with their system. In most cases, management would solve this and take my order. This man did not, he refused to help and hung up on me! - No customer service! I get that you are busy, but you've lost a customer. The people in my office loves your pizza, lots of future business lost just because you hung up.
