Ordered a pizza the other day and was wondering why my topping kept falling off. Then noticed there were gaps between my slices and some pieces didn’t look like they matched the other slices. Never thought dominoes would make my pizza with different slices and just add toppings on top reheat and call that a freshly made pizza

I am not one that is easily impressed with food service anywhere, in recent years. There are so many places that are understaffed and the staff are not well trained. When I walked in to the Blairs Ferry Dominoes, I was surprised at how many staff they had working and they all looked happy to be there, working together very well. I did have to wait a bit, as they guy at the register was on the phone taking an order, but that gave me an opportunity to observe and be impressed. I will go back!

When it comes to giving you the best pizza for whatever you pay, these guys KNOW BALL. Hard to get in todays chain pizza industry but these fellas make great pizza in a timely fashion!

I got an email saying my pizza was delivered. When I called and spoke with the manager he said the driver was headed back to the store. I asked to put in a new order since the pizza was old at this point. The man I spoke with said no I could have the same pizza brought back out. The delivery person failed to knock on my door so I could pay in cash. I know this because I have dogs that bark when someone arrives. Terrible customer service.If I could give 0 stars for the poor customer service I would. 👎

If I could give higher stars I would!! We ordered for delivery and everything was hot, fresh and very good!! The delivery guy was nice as well! Thank you for the great service!!

Received an undercooked pizza and it was resolved promptly but the manager was very rude on the phone. And can I ask how the heck is this extra bacon??? Domino's has always been pretty consistent for the past 15 years. This is the first time and this is the last time I'm never ordering a pizza from a Domino's ever again as a result of this. I would advise anybody who even considers getting a pizza from Domino's to visit one of the less frequented pizza places in town and support a small business. Absolutely Egregious. Thanks for the dusting of bacon after I even paid extra for it. Edit, I changed it to three stars because I reorderd, gav e another chance, and it was ok.

As good as any dominoes I’ve had, but the staff is beyond friendly. It’s a type of customer experience that will have me going back with all the other pizza options out there.
