I live out of town but place an order for my 86 year old mother every Sunday. Placed my order and an hour later, Mom asked if they mentioned a delay. Checked the tracker and it showed it was delivered. I gave her the number and told her to call them. She told me that she talked to a manager and gave me his name (I cant remember it now, but believe it is Eric) and he wouldn’t let her finish her sentences, said she never placed the order, was very rude to her. Horrible experience. Order was done and doing “quality assurance” check at 531… did not leave the store until almost 620, completely cold by the time we actually got the food… nothing about it even tasted remotely decent 😞 will not be ordering here again. Have had past experiences that were less than great but at least good was warm-ish those times.
