They put the dumbest employee they had on register. He didn't know how to properly take a order or tell you the price of anything. Nobody came over to help when there were 3 other people right there. I work customer service and I work hard for my money. They don't deserve a dime of anyone's money. I wish I knew who their manager was. I left with no food. That was the worst service I ever had

I despise Dominos AI ordering system. When I call in, it NEVER gets my entire order correct and I end up cancelling or calling directly and asking for a real person. I cancelled my order, only to get an immediate phone call from a real person asking what I wanted to order. I ordered 2 mix and match items. I asked if I was charged for the mix and match and the person said I should have mentioned that it was mix and match first.He said the order already went through for delivery and he was not located at the main location(??? ) so he would transfer me to their location to fix it. Then he hung up on me. I called the Mt. Vernon Rd. location and the man stated that they did not have a delivery driver at the time, so we opted to do carryout. The poor guy at this location seemed like he was all alone. He adjusted our bill and did a great despite my short rant. My frustration was the AI system and the first person who took my order and told me I need to tell them in advance if my order is a mix and match special. Is it not their job to know their specials and avoid overcharging customers? I felt horrible for calling and taking out my frustration on the poor guy trying to survive his shift at Mt. Vernon Rd. 5 stars for him, but 1 for the AI system.

This is consistently one of the worst Dominos I've ever experienced. I am so sad that this is the closest one to me. If I get it delivered, it's guaranteed to take at least an hour and half to arrive. The pizza is always really oily and tasteless as well.
Pizza was not made to order...was asked to be square cut but was a very uneven normal cut. Pizza was a 50% off special and thank gawd because it was 50% of the toppings...I would have been irate if it was a full priced $20.00 pizza. I walked in and 9 people behind the counter and it was 3 minutes before they acknowledged me and 5 minutes before they handed my Pizza that was sitting on the shelf the entire time. I looked up at the oeder tracker screen and it was shut off and filthy. Dominos has gone down hill bigtime...at least the Edgewood Rd store has for sure!!!

Always my go to for delivery. All my drivers have been friendly and timely. My food is always hot and only once did they send the wrong drink. I would say this is great service for these days.
Not a big fan of American ruined one gallon cheese topped pizzas (i can melt butter and drink it). Dominos continues to have good amount of cheese that lets you taste the veggies too. Thin crust with veggies is very good. Compared to the other chains it's still something I can go to when needed. I'm not sure why they dont bring the cheese burst thats available in other countries. Is American palate that bad ?

Our order was as ordered and was on time and not. Tried the new New York pizza and it was good. Not much different than the usual Dominos pizza. Sauce tasted a little more spicy. Would not order the New York again but would order our usual from this Dominos ago.
