I ordered 10 Munchkins and asked for a variety. I received 2 chocolate, 3 glazed and the rest powdered sugar. Now, to be fair it is,a variety, but I was expecting a few more varieties. That may have been all they had left, but had they told me I definitely would not have requested the powdered sugar(least fav). The powdered sugar were quite hard/dry. A bummer.

Whoever the young lady and gentleman are working tonight 11/22 at 5pm are RUDE!!! YOU forgot my child’s turkey sausage on her wake wrap and because I checked the first one full out and only glanced at the second one to make sure it was cheeseless, you basically accuse of stealing meat. ARE YOU OFF!!! You think I wanted to deal with a hungry irritated toddler. You think I wanted to circle back when I was already well past the light. GROW UP! They when I got to the window took my bag back through the window and proceeded to check it. Both RUDE AND UNSANITARY! You are NEVER supposed to take an order back through the windows unless it’s to dispose of it. Now if my child gets sick because you did something to her food I’m gonna own this location from the lawsuit I’m gonna file!!

yet like all the other ones it’s called Dunkin. They never have donuts but when you request three different donuts, they don’t have it and then give you a gift card that is not valid and then their manager is completely rude while in there and then when you have to call them back the next day because the gift card did not work because they voided it out after you left. It’s totally unacceptable. They work for the franchise owner but have no way to get a hold of them and refuse to and all it would’ve taken was a simple refund and we could’ve moved on. I strongly suggest never going to the store and they need to find new help and managers because they do not know how to interact with employees customers or even do their job .

I loved Dunkin. It's just the mix they put on top of the hot drinks for the pumpkin spice is really gross. Like it got mixed wrong. And if it's a to go order, wait to put the whipped cream and toppings on until the customer is there to pick it up.

Always out of high demand donuts by 10 am every day of the week. When asked if a replacement donut can be done. 1/2 the time you won’t get the donut and their phone is busy 100% of the time in the morning. Idk when they put the phone back on line to actually get through the days failures but I still have not had any of my problems fixed thru the store… call corporate after 2 hours of calling and still get busy signal just to get any help. Edgewood Dunkin is no better on understanding they run out of the same donuts daily by 10 am.

Definitely the worst location around. Ran by undereducated teenagers. Every time the drinks taste different than that last one and their employees are on some weird power trip attitudes. Definitely recommend making the drive to the Marion location.
