I came around 3:50-4pm on Dec 5th and the girl taking my order was SO sweet and recommended me the best drink I’ve ever had at Dunkin. Girl was GOOD and I hope she has the best holidays ever 🤎she knows coffee !!

We put in an online order for donuts just to be told when we get there that you don’t have enough and can’t fulfill our order and refuse to give us a refund but only a gift card? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Won’t be using the gift and definitely won’t be going back

Most of the time it's really good but there's one worker I've encountered that disregards any extra you add to the drink (example: added vanilla) and just puts 4-6 pumps of honey instead. It's happened 3 separate times but I go through drive through so I have no idea who it is. Really weird and kinda rude

I went to place an order and right off the bar the cashier seemed like she had an attitude. I made a mistake on my order and she says as she's pointing ""the menu shows what comes in the meal." Then walked off. I understand I made a mistake and I was going to apologize until she rudely walked away so nope. When you work with the public you are supposed to keep your personal problems to yourself. I'm a caregiver and no matter how frustrated I am the person never knows. Extremely poor service and management needs to take care of that before she gets one with the wrong person.

I will never go to this Dunkin donuts again even though it's closer I'd rather go elsewhere. The girl that was stirring my coffee kept laughing then another girl started stirring the coffee laughing then gave it to me, I looked in the cup and black spots that appeared to be grinds were all over the cup. I found no humor in this but that's why I find it hard to trust a certain group of people because why be so nasty and laugh at something like this. I went inside got a refund and gave my money to Starbucks because never again.
Every time I come here, they are always out of glazed or jelly filled donuts. I always have to settle for the glazed munchkins. Which never have any icing on them. Just a plain unglazed donut hole. Blairs ferry and Marion are the two best ones in town

Avoid this dump at all costs. By far the worst Dunkin around. They almost universally screw up the coffees. Marion Dunkin is my go to and they get my order right 100% of the time. Won’t be coming here again.

I always come to this location when I don’t go to my usual Coralville location.. so I’m a normal spending customer for Dunkin’s ! Today I had the worse experience and a very dismissive lady on headset .. I’m already having a bad morning due to a loss I just had. And I was asking did she have what I ordered and she was just very rude and they remember me because I stated “is you okay?” I’m a general manager so I know what customer service suppose to be like. I got to the window and look about 4 people had on headsets but one was talking and her face expression was even rude as if she didn’t want to be there dealing w guest. The lady who cashed me out was nice she have black nails. Iam happy my experience at the window to pay wasn’t rude because I would’ve just drove off. I’m a normal customer and I’m just even more emotional from that experience.
