i ordered a lemonade refresher and it didn’t even have lemonade 😭 they also never even fill the drinks there’s always a huge amount left empty in the cup and it’s i’m paying over 5 dollars for a drink I want the full drink

Ordered a coffee and sandwich. The coffee tasted like straight water and the bagel was completely burnt. Contacted them almost three weeks ago asking for a refund and the communication has been terrible.

My sandwich was an English muffin right out of a bag untoasted with a cold slice of cheese I was gonna throw it out the window, but I don’t think the squirrels would’ve even eaten it

I came around 3:50-4pm on Dec 5th and the girl taking my order was SO sweet and recommended me the best drink I’ve ever had at Dunkin. Girl was GOOD and I hope she has the best holidays ever 🤎she knows coffee !!

We put in an online order for donuts just to be told when we get there that you don’t have enough and can’t fulfill our order and refuse to give us a refund but only a gift card? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Won’t be using the gift and definitely won’t be going back

Most of the time it's really good but there's one worker I've encountered that disregards any extra you add to the drink (example: added vanilla) and just puts 4-6 pumps of honey instead. It's happened 3 separate times but I go through drive through so I have no idea who it is. Really weird and kinda rude

I went to place an order and right off the bar the cashier seemed like she had an attitude. I made a mistake on my order and she says as she's pointing ""the menu shows what comes in the meal." Then walked off. I understand I made a mistake and I was going to apologize until she rudely walked away so nope. When you work with the public you are supposed to keep your personal problems to yourself. I'm a caregiver and no matter how frustrated I am the person never knows. Extremely poor service and management needs to take care of that before she gets one with the wrong person.
