A white man named chase , took my order over the headset extremely disrespectful I called corporate a couple days ago I go almost everyday for a coffee this time I wanted some donuts as well he told me they were out of 3 different donuts I wanted so I asked him to read me off what donuts they do have and he told me I could do that but I don’t want to , and I said okay well read me them off because I literally don’t know what donuts you do have and he said no again and ended up telling me no for anything I asked for he ruined my whole morning. Don’t work there if you don’t want to do your job buddy.

Never been before. Went to drive-thru. Was told we could order anything and then when I ordered specific donuts they stated they were out or only had 1 or 2 when asked to order 3 or 4. I can understand limited supply but please be careful what is said to customers beforehand. Got home to try the donuts and they did not taste well at all. I do not recommend. Will not go back.

I've been going to this dunkin for years but today was the final straw. I had 2 lady's in check out they were unpolite during the order process and even more when I payed. The dunking employee sneered and continued being unpleasant shut the window in my face and while my hand was extended with cash. Not a good atmosphere to relax and start your day.

I would of did 1 star but the coffee is always hot. Now the food on the other hand no. This coffee spill all over and that sandwich is not toasted. My other sandwich the meat was burnt so bad just threw it away. This store used to be my go to place for breakfast but it gas gone down hill for about 2 years. I usually don't order here any more but my workers like the coffee, so i give them a try about every 6 months hoping they will be back to how they used to.

The staff always seems to have an additude, when I went back inside to get my drink remade because it was a iced matcha not a plain iced coffee, (which it even said matcha on the sticker) they acted like they didn't want to even approach me. I showed them they made the wrong drink and someone finally made it, with the wrong milk. At this point I didn't wanna get it remade for the 2nd time so I just left.
