Four generations of my family eat here and love it. It is my favorite local family restaurant in town & every time I have lived somewhere else, I have missed it dearly. The eggrolls are the best in town, and the crab rangoons are the best I've ever had. I will say, I don't like the overly sweet crab rangoons I have had elsewhere, and these are so much more savory. We love you, Egg Roll House!
Egg Roll House is a no-frills place with good food and friendly staff. They are willing to accommodate special requests for picky eaters and those with dietary restrictions- and that's so appreciated!
We were disappointed that our order of soup, one of egg drop, and one of hot and sour was inedible, but for reasons that others might enjoy. The menu states clearly that some soups may contain seafood. I have not experienced prior to this, egg drop soup containing big pieces of surumi (imitation crab). To which I have an allergy. The hot sour soup was HOT and full of beautiful pieces of shrimp. Also, allergy. I had already gotten the carry out order home and served an hour later...
