The sandwiches are always great but they don't wipe and clean their tables . There wasn't a clean table to eat at so couldn't dine in. This must be a problem for others because no one was eating in the dining area. Most orders were to go.

Did online order then ordered additional sandwich inside. Tried getting meatball but they put the meatballs away 30 minutes early. So I called my son the employee sighed and rolled his eyes. Then I couldn’t hear half the stuff he was telling me he put away already or out of.

It was our first time eating at a Firehouse Sub. The young man that waited on us was very patient and helpful with us. The sandwich I had was the best sub I had ever eaten. My partner said the same about his choice. We will most certainly dine there again.

Called at 815pm. Was told don't take orders over the phone past 8, been ordering from them for over 2 yrs never had an issue, when got to store the lady at the register was rude, didn't wash her hands or put on gloves to make food.when I got home my sandwich had lettuce and requested not to and my boyfriend's didn't have Lett and only requested no onions. Such a shame. Used to be a favorite place to go to for a pick up on the way home but don't think I will be going there anymore
