This is one of the few places where I think the atmosphere helps and is important…probably one of the few reasons why I’ve given Firehouse Subs a few more chances than I would have. But unfortunately I’m not a fan. If you want a sub I’d recommend Jimmy John’s- better service and better sandwiches.

A good place to stop in and vrab a hearty sub sandwich. Went for the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket normal on wheat. As always they made it quickly and to my satisfaction.

My very first time here and got a steak and cheese. I'm not going to pull no punches, off the hook slam dunk great!!! I will definitely going back.
I’ve drove over there several times now and they open the doors over 20 minutes after 10:30am when they are supposed to be open and close 15 min early every time. I’m now removing myself from going there.

We have been here several times over the last few months. Every time we have had quick service and our sammies were made correctly. On our visit last weekend my wife even made the comment, "this is one of the few places I don't have to rebuild my sandwich as soon as I get it".The New York Steamer has been my go-to for years, never disappoints.

I found a hair in my sub. The first bite I took out of it. I went back in and told the girl that made it. After it took a little while to get in the first place even though I only got a small sub. She tells one of the other workers that she said she found a hair in her sandwich and seemed like she thought I was lying even though I took it back in with me. Not happy… This is my first time to this location and not a good visit.
