Couldn't decide between the Hook and Ladder or the Brisket and Cheddar...so I got both and had lunch for the next day too. You can get just a sandwich or get the meal. So fast and so good. Excellent service

Friendly and cozy! Got my food fast even with a line to the front door.
Kid-friendliness: Was engaging, and very sweet to my tiny human. And even got his nickname (with mom premition) in order to call our order!

Went tonite for a 2-for $12 special we were emailed, but only after ordering did they tell us that they, "thought we had to order online." Nowhere in the email did it say must be an online order. Tried to order online but the Firehouse system was down and they weren't authorized to offer a 2-for $12 deal in the store. Ordered anyway. Then my wife's sandwich was made with 1/2 of the normal amount of meat... They really need to get their act together before we consider going back to this location.

I ordered the French Dip and it wasn't hot at all it was very cold.,,plus I barely got any Au sauce at all too.So I asked for a refund and they said we don't know how to give refunds.So they finally called there boss and then she gave me one plus she didn't give back my whole refund after I told her I bought the meal deal .When she gave me my money back she didn't even count it back to me at all how rude.

We came here for a quick bite to eat while we were out, for the first time. We ordered both subs without tomatoes and there were tomatoes on one of the subs. Whatever, things happen. We go to leave, I clumsily dropped the rest of my sub on the floor. I was fully ready to accept the fact that my midnight snack was sprawled across their floor so I quickly started cleaning it up the best I could and asked for a mop. The workers were so understanding and said don't worry about it and one of the gentlemen working made me another half sub to go. Highly recommend this sub shop!

Poor customer service before closing time and staff was very rude. When I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all, and it took them a while to even acknowledge that I was at the register Waiting to order. When I did place my order, I said Thank you all I got back in return was a yep. Working in customer service for many years myself, this was a very poor experience.

Always good food. The worker told me he didn’t like the look of the meat in my sandwich and if I didn’t like it he would remake it. Wouldn’t you just not make the sandwich then and not use the meat? That threw me off a bit but I don’t care it was fine.

I ordered potato soup and I got mashed potatoes, and when I asked to get it replaced with mac and cheese I got put at the end of the line and my Mac and cheese was more soupy than my potato soup was and they didn’t even fill it up all the way. The lady’s where just sitting there chatting instead of making a simple bowl of Mac and cheese I was really not happy with the service today

We usually really enjoy Firehouse, however today, 5/10, whoever is working the evening shift should ALL be fired. Our orders were ALL wrong! These young kids DO NOT CARE, they are goofing off and when we asked them to fix a sandwich it was STILL wrong. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Garbage! Top of my sub was covered in some sort of oil/grease. Seriously more grease than a bacon cheeseburger. Called they don't answer the phone. Will not be back.
