Firehouse Subs Collins Crossing

I ordered 6 cookies, received 6 brownies. Order came with free chips, did not receive those. They only had wheat bread. This place is either falling apart or they simply do not care. Sad.

they messed my order which i didn't realize till i got home. after going back for a replacement, the person who made the sandwich tried do defend herself and escalated the issue.

Zack and the team were super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience awesome. You can tell they really care about what they do—and it shows. My husband & I decided to try out Firehouse Subs in Cedar Rapids Iowa at the Collins Crossing location. Walking into the restaurant and up to the order counter, a woman wearing AirPods said she would be right with me. A few moments later she took my order. I wasn’t offered or given a receipt for the purchase of our two sandwiches. I assumed the receipt would be in the bag of my completed order. It was not. I did not know if she was giving her full attention to me as a customer while wearing AirPods. While waiting I noticed a deal on the window that offered 2 sandwiches, drinks, chips for the same price I paid for just sandwiches. It really would have made a positive difference if the person taking my order would have suggested the meal deal. 4 persons were behind the counter, and I stood for just about 20 minutes. There was only a few people present ( I assume they were working on online delivery orders, but it was it was to the point I felt I was loitering. Anyways,,,the sandwiches were good, and we would like to return. I only hope the service is better.

Bread wasn’t toasted and it was completely soaked from meat juices. The vegetables don’t look or taste fresh at all. Worst sub shop ever.

Had an issue ordering through Uber Eats at the Collins Crossing location the manager took care of it immediately and was super friendly when I went to pick up my Subs the entire crew took care of me and it was a pleasant experience

First time at Firehouse subs and definitely not our last! The staff was friendly, facility was clean, and the subs were delicious. Reasonably priced and quick. Our new favorite in Cedar Rapids.

Food is great, place was dirty couldn’t find one table that had been wiped ended up taking food to go. sold us fountain drinks and didn't mention that they only had diet coke. Went and made mention and employee got offended and finally offered refund on drinks.

Decided to give them one more try and fountain machine had 3 options this time but again still no mention of that by employees.
