Went to a Freddy's for the first time while in October while on vacation in Kansas and now I'm hooked. Fresh smash burger patties on their burgers are very good. Everything appears to be cooked to order so the food comes out hot. Thin fries are good but I really like the onion rings. Restaurant is typical fast food seating and decor but it has been always kept cleaned. I've downloaded the app and got a free burger.

very friendly staff, especially cashier Jordan, who took our order and was very kind to my son on his birthday.
Over priced, but I get that prices are high everywhere. Food was average at best. Nothing special, I surely wouldn't go out of my way to eat it.

Stopped here with the family after trying to find a place to eat out on the road. This is our first time here. Ordered in the drive through. I was not expecting so many questions while ordering my food . Just give me my burger and let me get on the way. The staff was friendly. It did take a while for them to get out good ready(4 people). The food was good and enjoyed the fried and the dipping sauce. Definitely will stop here again sometime.

Thank yall very much. Especially you, miss Jody and bossman Freddy. As always service, food and atmosphere was stellar. I was hungry and have been struggling with rising food costs. While talking to my brother, (also a veteran ) I was reminded that restaurants often have free food on veterans day. I headed straight away to my favorite restaurant for my favorite meal (patty melt with tots). I am not from Iowa , but I am an Iowan now. I aspire to be Iowa nice, that's how we do !! 'MURICA HOO-RAH! !

Hello. I would just like to say I am a very nicely shaped person. Which means I am not fat. But. I would like to state the sizes of your shakes are to small. When I ask for a medium I would prefer a medium and not xxxxxs. The ice cream on the otherhand was very nice. Please invest in bigger cups. I fear you may go out of business if you do not put in more bang for your buck. Thank you.

Will likely not return for non-custard items. :( I've been going to this location on average weekly or more for a long time. It was a go-to for me for a sweet pick-me-up or quality dinner on the road. UNFORTUNATELY, that is now about to change. I'd had an under-cooked burger a couple months ago and figured it was just a one time thing, but after getting pretty sick from it hadn't order a burger again until yesterday. Undercooked and chewy (did not get entirely through), fries did not have usual flavor. The line is usually slow and I didn't have the time to go through it again. Bad stomach ache. Today was a rough day, so went through the drive-thru again for chicken tenders (had always been excellent). This time most were almost entirely unbreaded and the one that appeared normal was all breading. I also realize this was fried food, but the grease dripped through the bag within a second of being handed the bag and seeped through my skirt. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION AFTER IT'D BEEN GOOD AND CONSISTENT FOR SO LONG. I may try returning for custard, but at this point I'd rather go out of my way for Culver's.
