Our family stood waiting to order for close to 15 minutes and there was a girl at the register that only said to us, I'm clocked out so can't help you. She was trying to ring herself up for an order and didn't care about anything but that. Nor did she care to get anyone. Our order would have probably been about $40 or so and would be chump change but where's the customer service, none from my eyes.We ended up walking out and doubt we will be back to the location. I'd like some acknowledgment as this is not okay and I'm thinking about going to social media with this however would like to give someone the opportunity to correct this.All that was heard back was: "Can you tell me how many people were with you and about what time you were there? This way we can coach appropriately.", and crickets since then. Where is the customer service? There's your answer. No plans to go back and feel others should hesitate on going.

The food's ok if they can get your order correct. Just today I ordered at the drive through and the guy read it back correctly. When we opened the bag to eat, the order was made according to the receipt in the bag, but it was way different that we had ordered. This has happened several times. Hardee's chicken sandwich is probably what I'll order from now on
