I had drip coffee with refills and a cinnamon roll. I was there for a meetup and it is a wonderful space for that.

We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for 20 people at Groundswell last week and it was awesome! Brittany helped me decide on the menu (chicken piccata, pasta carbonara, and focaccia pizza were the entree options for our group) which Jack cooked for us. They made sure our guest who had gluten sensitivity had a delicious meal too. My guys were thrilled that they featured local Millstream beers, along with a nice selection of wine. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Everyone remarked on how great it was. Glad we had our event here!

I booked a bus trip to a local scrapbook store Scrapmania. I needed to feed 52 people lunch. I of course googled catering in CR and one of the places came up Groundswell. I read the mission statement and said this is perfect. We can pay it forward and eat. The options were amazing and Brittany was awesome to work with even when two days prior I added two more meals. I highly recommend and so do the 52 that had lunch. Portion were perfect. Only thing we didn't get was napkins but Scrapmania had paper towels so no big deal

This is a giving place worth supporting. They feed the hungry. Your tip goes to buying food for those who don’t have a meal. The raspberry latte is delicious.

Visited the first time this week. This place is everything. My iced mocha was spot on, so good! The space, the mission, & the service are so good

Great food! Great cause, too - as you’re able to Pay-It-Forward. One of the cashiers is deaf, May, but he’s easy to communicate with…if you don’t know Sign Language no worries - just type it into your phone and he can read it and answer you.

A pay it forward restaurant. Really good breakfast sandwich. Comfortable and unpretentious atmosphere.

Just wanted to say my experience with the pay it forward so people know the details ✨️. I walked 6 blocks to find this place I was told gives reduced or free meals and was told abruptly that they only serve 12 meals and there wasn't any more available. I had to walk 6 blocks back to where I'm staying. No breakfast 😢. Really disappointed I wasn't even offered a piece of toast. I'd love to volunteer or even start a TRUE 👍 pay it forward experience & never turn away anyone in need.
