Service was terrible no one attending the door, bartender was on his phone the entire time and when off of it never came up to take my order or anything. When I finally received my 6 tacos the meat was dry.

Can not say enough good things. Our son got married last weekend and they had signed with another caterer to serve 380. They brought enough food for less than half their guests and none of the gluten free options they promised. We couldn’t get them to come back or even answer a call. Hacienda jumped in at our desperate call and fed the other half of our guests in under an hour. The food was amazing and they even brought a gift for the couple. Thank you thank you!

I was there for lunch I was excited that there was a buffet listed but unfortunately the buffet did not consist of much variety so I went with the lunch chimichanga. Over halfway through the meal I looked up and multiple cockroaches were crawling on the wall next to our booth and then proceeded to head towards the buffet. All of a sudden I was glad the buffet was not my choice as nothing was covered up. I understand that there are bugs in almost every food establishment but the all around service and quality was lacking as well. We were only checked on when it was time to give us the bill so no refills on our sodas and the chimichangas were only about 3 in Long. Plates were filled up with mostly rice and lettuce.

Ordered door dash my quesadillas were completely waterlogged from the lettuce and tomato’s and guacamole they put in as a side see attached photo of all water in my container.

Basically the only place I go out anymore, food is reasonably priced, service is great, margs are the best in town.
The first time anyone ever took me here I said I thought they had the best table salsa I'd had outside of Texas. Still true.
