This location never gets an order correct. If you're a fan of getting what you ordered, I'd avoid this one.

Trying to use your app. Could not find a menu showing the foods I like to order. Download and use the McDonalds app. It’s a good barometer to measure yourself by. But I really like Hardee’s food better. They greet you by name. They always ask if you need catsup or in my case it would have been nice to offer dips for the tenders. Tenders suck without dips.

Parking: No need to worry about parking.

It was very busy and as in most cases people are rushed or cranky. However, I had the best customer service and amazing friendliness with a nice smile at this location. He said his name was Dallas. He is incredible I hope he goes far in your company. Definitely a raise. He even made sure my food was made correctly and amazing.

The giant dude that makes the food is amazing very good at what he does and doesn’t seem to stress out under pressure and he’s very friendly and I enjoy coming into the store just to interact with him

Employees not knowing their own menus saying they don’t have items yet their website and Hardee’s app has it listed. Then the employees being rude. The very reasons I rarely use hardeess

If this place was any slower, I would have to had placed myborder last week, in order to make it to the window for tonight's dinner. Plus they got the order all wrong. Something told me to check the bag before leaving the parking lot. Order was missing the Frisco, and the Hor Ham and Swiss. My goodness. It is sad to see someone mess up such a simple order.

Service ama zing the employee was sevontae R this was the best service we have had here. No anywhere! We were here about 10:45 am. Sevontae deserves a raise! Seeing him and having that good of service it just made my whole entire day! Food was also delicious I would 200% recommend this place!

CHECK YOUR ORDERS! The only problem was I got home and realized I did not receive everything I ordered and paid for and I live 30 min away. I called and left a message and would have thought I’d have gotten a call by now, but I haven’t. I asked for a refund of the item I was not given.
update: Over a week later and I have not heard from anyone, even after reaching out to corporate. Is this considered theft? One less restaurant chain to patronize I suppose.

The lady was rude. I was not greeted at all. Just “What do you want?! She was not happy that she had to go ask someone to “card” her in so she could take my order. She yelled at the guy. Her attitude was very rude and negative. When she brought my food to my table, she plopped it down and walked away. I said, “Thank you.” But I didn’t get any response from her.

Went here for breakfast this morning. The cashier (Sevontae) who helped us was very professional. Definitely noticable that he likes the job he does. The food was well worth the price. Overall, a great place!!

I ordered breakfast online last Tuesday morning and on the way to pick up but I was told by the employee that the computer was down and didn't get any food. I was expecting to get the refund but no. They kept my money. Never again.
