I felt like treating myself on the weekend and noticed this in my maps app while searching for dessert shops. It’s tucked away in a shopping area but it wasn’t hard to find.The shop didn’t have too much space inside, likely enough for a little over a dozen people at once. But the atmosphere was nice. The potted plants added a nice natural touch. And for anyone interested in amateur art, there’s a cork board with plenty of drawings made by various customers.As tempting as the rolled ice cream was, I stuck with my plan for a drink only. The cashier recommended the Lavender Milk Tea which ended up being my choice. I was interested in the various fruit teas available but decided on trying them another time.My order didn’t take long to prepare and I found it to be pretty good. There was enough lavender to notice the flavor and not be overpowering. It was also sweet enough that I was glad I didn’t order anything sweeter like the Brown Sugar Milk Tea.My drink was good but I think a hot drink seemed more appropriate given the weather. The shop definitely wasn’t at fault; I just didn’t realize until after I finished.Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Hi Tea and I definitely plan to return to enjoy more of their menu. Between the rolled ice cream specials and the exotic fruit teas, this place will remain a solid option for a weekend luxury.Vegetarian options: This shop doesn’t sell any entrees. Their main focus is on tea, coffee, and ice cream.Parking: There’s a free parking lot in front of the store but it has to share the space with other shops.

I was there March 2 for my Birthday and tried to tip a young lady that was so nice to me and gave me great service just to learn she doesn’t even get her tips . What type of business does that to a younger person trying to make a living and bring customers in with her friendly attitude!!!!? I was even considering to come back till I went to the restroom and there was a dead mouse on the floor!!!!! People do better why would you take your worker tips that they worked hard for?!!!! And clean your establishment no excuses to find dead animals and bugs in the bathroom that just means it must be all over your facility . That’s just horrific!!!

The owner steals tips from employees and has an unsanitary kitchen with expired products. Please help by reporting this to the Department of Labor as it is ILLEGAL for an owner to take tips given to employees.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star that’s how horrible it is!! These kids work all day and don’t even get to keep their tips. Their boss takes them all for herself. I went to use the bathroom and I kid you not there was a chicken in the back being brutally murdered. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was chicken blood on the cups! This place is so illegal and shouldn’t be open! The owner should be ashamed of themselves for how she treats the staff and taking their hard earned money!

Awesome teas of all kinds. The teas and service are great every time. Atmosphere is a shop where you buy tea. But they also have really good ice cream. I highly recommend this place if you like bubble teas and friendly ppl.
What a fun spot! I got the Strawberry Milk Tea and it was delicious. The milk tea actually tastes like tea other than a lot of milk tea that just tastes like sweetened heavy cream. Very refreshing and will be back!

My favorite place to get Thai tea! I haven’t even tried another kind because the Thai tea is so tasty. Quick service. I love that they will refill their quality cups if you bring them back in.Parking: Strip mall parking. I can generally find a spot right out front.

I tried the black milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Tea flavor was stronger than any bubble tea I’ve had and almost tasted silty. Not fond of the strawberry boba as they tasted almost medicinal.

On the 4th of July we were looking for a cold treat and drove by Hi Tea. We saw people inside and saw a gentleman walk in as we approached. We followed him in and quickly realized they were having a private party. We tried to back out but they insisted that they could make us drinks. They quickly made us the drinks we ordered and actually apologized to us for it being loud. We apologized for intruding on their party and left with our amazing tasting cool drinks. Will definitely be returning there often. Wonderful people and service. And amazing beverages. Will return to try the rolled ice cream.
