Our server Edwin made this trip one of the best experiences I've had at IHOP. Very friendly and personable. He was also very attentive and didn't make us feel ignored despite how busy it was.

I ordered food for my two younger children and myself. All of those items were fine. My teenager ordered avocado toast. That was a hard pass. Bread was barely toasted, if at all. Avocados were not ripe, not smashed, just piled on in big chunks. No seasoning. Topped with 2 over easy eggs which tasted "good," but mostly paid $12 for 2 eggs and a side of fruit. We just don't recommend the avocado toast. And no, they don't have everything seasoning, even if you ask. Otherwise, service was good. Place was decently clean. Coffee was hot. But just don't do the avocado toast.

Do not recommend for pick up or delivery!! They don’t double check orders to make sure nothing is missing. We got our order and 2 items that we ordered and paid for were missing!

I was going to write a bad review but after seeing all the other good reviews I didn't want to stick out like a soar thumb. I will say that I didn't appreciate the chef preparing our food in a way that was convenient to him/her. A friend and I went in around 11am Sat Oct 12. We both ordered the same dish , Steak bites with eggs and hash browns. Only our orders were different. Mine was to be medium well. Hers was to be well done "almost burnt" she actually said, and extra onions. We watched the server put in the modifications. We'll when the food arrived, they were both medium well, and hers did not have extra onions. It had the same amount of onions as mine did. Imagine asking for well done "almost burnt" with extra onions and getting pink meat with no extra onions. She was disappointed and so was I. I feel like I wasted money this morning and should have just went to mcdonalds. I get that the chef probably didn't want to prepare the same meal 2 different ways but understand that at the end of the day WE are paying, not the chef!!
