Poor cleaning, poor service and food poisoning is the 3 things this Ihop gives you. There was chunks of human hair everywhere in the bathroom, the water was cold washing my hands, the tables weren't wiped down, there were wrappers everywhere they kept forgetting everything with our order and had to tell him each item once at a time because he couldn't remember 5 things let alone 2, no refills no matter how many times Ive asked and don't let the good tasting food fool you because my boyfriend and I got major food poisoning!!! Honestly first time coming here in years and I'm extremely disappointed.

Sat for 5 minutes and no one came to even ask us for a drink order. Went to leave and they looked at us and said nothing. Now I understand why the parking lot was empty. Only 2 other tables filled.

I got the sirloin tips and eggs, and was quite tasty. The steak was marinated well and tasted good, eggs were fine, hash browns were maybe a little soft in the middle but they were still pretty good too with hot sauce. Service was quick, didn't have to wait too long for food.

This Restaurant has drastically changed for the better from a few years ago. Food is delicious. Service is excellent and not expensive. Everything is great every time I go. Our server Jose is very polite, attentive and professional.

The food was good until I found a hair in my pancakes in the butter. Sure they gave new pancakes but still should have a discount. As my first time there made me think if I want to go back.
This manager says one thing and does another..Said I did something and I didn't I have proof and he is snarky and rude and that is from not only me many other people that have came to that location and around the community and the waitresses are all caddy and one day they love and the next day they will not talk to you and so if there was a way to leave no stars I would be doing that the only one that I would want to wait on me is Edwin and I work in the technology field and do reviews for a living I will plaster this all over that this location on Edgewood RD NW in Cedar Rapids sucks
