The food and atmosphere are great, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the one thing I would say is do better on the cocktails. Update the old fashioneds to a modern standard and have a training program for new bartenders.

My wife and I ate lunch at the Irish Democrat today. Awesome! The atmosphere was great and everything was clean and in order. Our server was a wonderful young lady and our food was fantastic! I highly recommend that you include them in your dining experience.
