Mario is the best, gave us entertainment and great company! He was worth the trip here alone! Really good bang for your buck especially during the lunch special. 10/10 recommend if you’re in cedar rapids!

Wow, I live in San Francisco and this is some of the best sushi I have ever had. The sake containers were even magnificent and the service was impeccable. All of the fish was very fresh! And thank you for the Sake Bomb!!!

Izumi is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is amazing. How ever we were there last night and when I went to move the plate so our 3 year old didn't knock it off the table the bottom of the plate was covered in wasabi. We had not order yet. We filled out our card for all you can eat and it was a good 15 minutes before a waiter picked it up. We never got our waiters name. We still had the dirty plate on our table when our soup arrived. The dirty plate was still there when the tempura arrive. Our waiter was just dropping off food and leaving. We couldn't get his attention to get a new plate. They never checked back after the last of our food arrived. I was very disappointed as I had bragged to my daughter in law how amazing your restaurant is.

Second time visiting for the all you can eat experience. Ordering was easy and the staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the meal and would definitely recommend it!

While we were sat quickly, we unfortunately waited almost 30 minutes before even seeing our server. Once we did finally talk to a server, she took only one persons order and left. We decided it was best to cut our loses and go elsewhere.
