The staff here are so friendly! We don't have a Jersey Mike's in my area. I had questions, lol. The staff took their time explaining my potions and helped me choose. I've been back several times while working in Cedar Rapids.

Jersey Mikes is always good. Consistent no matter what location that you go to.

We came at a busy timewe had a coupleof peoplethat didnt know where the end of the line started, but they got our orders in a timely manner. One employee started to put the wrong stuff on my sandwich, I kept saying pickles, and he kept putting tomatoes on it 😆 not a big deal. The food was great..

Inedible number 2 sandwich. I purposely asked the guy for light oil and vinegar he proceeds to douse the damn thing. Turn to the sandwich into a water park of an experience. I took one bite when I got back to the airport and I wanted to puke. You should wipe the name Jersey off of the business. I'm from New Jersey and any person I've come across understand what light oil and vinegar is. One has an intent to moisten the sandwich without it getting soggy and disgusting. I walked into this place and there's 12 people there most of them doing nothing. This is a really poor excuse for a Jersey Mike's in the past I've had great experiences. Absolutely go somewhere else there's a Firehouse subs next door pretty decent. This really disappointed me I had a long day and wanted some food I ended up just throwing it all out. Avoid at all costs.

The lady getting our online order was fantastic! She remembered our order and really was personable. You guys have a good employee, I wish I caught her name.

I've gotten sandwiches twice and they've made my order wrong both times. I order chicken, they give me steak. Whoever works here sucks at their job.
