Service is great here, they did get my order wrong, but we’re very pleasant when I asked for a correction and immediately remade the sandwich and apologized again upon delivering the corrected sandwich just two minutes later. Very respectable and appreciated!
Always clean, they take pride in their store, and it shows. Would recommend the #99 on rosemary. It's on the secret menu. It's a #56 & #43 together. I would also recommend the tuna sub Mike's way add mayo & banana peppers on white ? bread!

I REALLY like Jersey Mike's but the lack of follow-up on my experience and the feedback I submitted has now lost Jersey Mike's a customer and my recommendations. I was really just hoping for an acknowledgement and sincere apology. I submitted the feedback through their web site and received an email stating I would receive a response from their Customer Relations Team within 48 hours. It's been 4 days and I've heard nothing.
UPDATE: One of the owners reached out to me, apologized, thanked me for my feedback and said they would use it as a training opportunity.
