I went there for lunch and never got served. I waited for about 15 min. The waitress/bartender was partying with a few customers at the bar. Other 2 tables were waiting to be served also. I couldn’t wait any longer as I was running on an hour lunch. I decided to go to Quinton’s, next door where I was greeted within a minute and food came out within 10 min.

Drinks were incredibly weak and bad. Took over 1/2 hr to get our food, despite the place was mostly empty. Food was bad, I’ve had a better frozen chicken breast from WalMart. Waitress didn’t even know what Buffalo Chicken was and brought me the wrong thing twice. Not going back.

Not a great experience today. The restaurant had a couple big crowds that were making their way out pretty much after we were seated. The girl that sat us brought drinks then nobody came to us in about 20 minutes. I seen the girl that sat us and another girl kind of go back and forth about getting our order. We kind of got attitude when we ordered and then took another 20 minutes for burgers and didn’t get our app. Food was cold then another 10-15 minutes passed and we got our app that was not fully cooked. The fries were still frozen and the portion was tiny. At the end I had to ask for our check. Probably won’t be back

Kaci was our server or at least that’s what it said on the check, horrible attitude slow service, forgot to ring in our appetizer then just brought it out didn’t ask if we still wanted it. Won’t be back and can see why it wasn’t very busy on a Saturday night. Looking forward to your demise.

Last night, we went out for dinner and waited more than 45 minutes for our food. We ordered the Taco nachos, but they arrived cold—not just warm, but cold. Our server did bring us a new batch of nachos that were hot, but they were missing the taco meat. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with French fries, but the fries were cold, and the chicken was so tough that it was impossible to bite into, plus it was lukewarm. My husband's pizza crust was undercooked. Our grandson ordered a Root Beer Float, which he never received. We received a bill of $100 and have decided not to return.

It's been awhile since I've been to Jerseys and I was definitely let down. The waitress was nice but not attentive(it was not busy), it took 45 min for chips & queso. The queso was bland and not warm upon receiving. The bathroom was dirty and smelled like mold and booths have seen better days. We were also charged for another tables order which took a while to sort through. A positive the mule did taste good(very berry). Unfortunately I would not recommend.

The PB&E Burger I ordered was truly excellent, but my French fries were soggy and mushy, and I asked for them to be made crisp, but this was ignored by the cook. The service was good.
