Be careful when getting food delivered they will add extra money on to your bill just try to get me to pay and extra 7 then tried to say he never said that when confronted so make sure y’all go over the bill and prices

I walked in on 2 female employees in deep conversation.... They seemed bothered to have a customer.... Ordered my usual #7 ( awesome sandwich ) .... She repeated back .... # 3 ? ...... No # 7 Order came to $9.42 .... I gave her a $20 bill.....she gave me .58 change...... I said ..hey I gave you a $20 bill....she said .... No you didn't... You gave me a $10 bill in an argumentive voice..... the other employee came over opened up the register and realized there was no $10 bill in the till instead she stuck a $20 bill with the tens would be. .they seemed irritated to be WRONG . Never got an apology or points. How disappointing

Your food is always great. However, you very rarely send napkins, even if asked for. If you're gonna have a spot asking that question specifically on your order then they should be included!

Always fast and delicious. I usually get a Turkey Tom sandwich.
I had a #9 lettuce wrap/Unwich. Delicious. Great service. The music was up way too loud and the acoustics were poor. Def not a place to relax over lunch. To-Go next time? Tasty brownies!

Vegetarian options: Can request any sandwich with no meat, lots of veggies varieties to add for free or with an up charge (avocado)
Dietary restrictions: Able to accommodate celiac by swapping out cutting boards and changing gloves
Kid-friendliness: Slims and mini Jimmy sandwiches are great for kids

I go here so much that I probably kept this location in downtown CR in business during the pandemic. Even though the quality of each sandwiches may differ depending on whether a more seasoned employee is making the order, the ingredients and chooses are top notch. The cost has gone up a lot over the last couple years. I still love Jimmy Hohns.
