Instead we Received Two lettuce and turkey sandwiches with mayonnaise, The Staff were talking amongst themselves for The entirety of the time the order was placed and in return got the order wrong.

I got my sandwich delivered and it was made wrong twice, you have horrible horrible customer service to argue you with me about how my sandwich is made and I had the receipt. I will be calling corporate and speaking to the manger. George is rude , a liar, has horrible customer service and doesn’t even now the manger’s name, I will make sure you get fired do better Jimmy John’s, I will never spend my money here again.

Ordered my food and waited an hour before having to call and cancel it. Freaky fast my butt. Never got my food. I order from here all the time, the the wait time just gets longer and longer everytime. I will not be ordering here again.
Customer service offered to send me a delivery to make up for this. However they did not. Totally understand why this store has such a bad rating!
